You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, delivering a seamless recruitment service while maintaining compliance, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting workforce planning across a range of roles.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nBuild strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their workforce needs and recruitment challenges\n\nManage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates\n\nAdvertise roles and utilise search techniques to attract high-quality candidates\n\nReview CVs and submit suitable candidates through internal systems and client portals\n\nCoordinate interviews, gather feedback and manage offer and placement processes\n\nEnsure all compliance and legal requirements are met before candidates start assignments\n\nMaintain regular contact with candidates and agency workers, ensuring strong engagement and retention\n\nManage vacancies through CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting\n\nCollaborate with external agency supply chain partners where required\n\nProvide ongoing support and aftercare to both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\nExperience working within a recruitment agency or managed service environment\n\nStrong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing methods\n\nAbility to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels\n\nGood knowledge of compliance and legislation within recruitment (e.g.
