Location: Gloucestershire Salary: NJC Grade I (Points 18–20) £34,434 – £36,363 (FTE) Actual Salary: £30,642 – £32,359 (pro rata) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (term-time only – 39 weeks) Work location: In person
Reed Education are working in partnership with a specialist provision in Gloucestershire to recruit an experienced and dedicated Pastoral Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people’s social, emotional, and behavioural development, particularly within a SEND setting.
The Role:
As Pastoral Manager, you will lead and develop high-quality pastoral provision, working closely with school leaders to ensure pupils are supported to succeed both academically and personally.
