The Role

We are expanding and looking for a professional vehicle technician to join our Bradford Road, Batley workshop. Youll need basic diagnostics skills, service and repairs. We are looking for a skilled vehicle technician who can confidently carry out task like timing belt replacements, including wet belts. If you are an MOT tester that would be highly advantageous.

• Uncapped Performance Bonus(OTE £36k+, Rewarding your efficiency and hard work. Our current technicians comfortably earn an extra £175£275 per month by hitting realistic targets.

What Youll Be Doing

• Precision Work:Carrying out all aspects of light motor vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Customer Connection:Interacting directly with customers to provide a professional, helpful experience.
• Accuracy:Documenting and completing jobs thoroughly within agreed time frames.

About You

Ideally, you are a fully qualified vehicle technician who takes pride in a job well done. Youll need:

• NVQ Level 3(or equivalent) or significant time-served experience.
• MOT License:(Advantageous).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experiencein a professional workshop environment.
• Attention to Detail:A focus on quality and a good approach to customer service.
