Applications Support Engineer (Software, SQL)
SQL Software support Our client is in urgent need of a candidate to provide helpdesk remote support for their award winning software products. You will be skilled in offering solutions in an efficient and pleasant way whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism. Investigations may also be project based involving additional members of your team. On occasion, you may be required to visit customer's offices to deliver services on a face-to-face basis. Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year's experience within a software (not technical!) support environment with strong experience of MS SQL Server Scripting and a high level of IT literacy. Healthcare scheme, and Pension and a great premises & working environment are offered coupled with a performance related bonus. Essentail for this role is familiarity with supporting either business applications, financial packages or accountancy packages. Pls note candidates fron a microsoft techncial background need not apply.
