For the update and filing (computer and manual) of all order entry and dispatch documentation, for optimum retrieval for referral needs.

To provide continuous support and liaison to all aspects of delivery forecast, order entry, product dispatch and customer receipt queries.

To compile Statistical reports based on order fulfilment and On Timed Delivery as may be required in an Excel spreadsheet format.

To contribute, be involved and actively support the continuous improvement and quality processes within every facet of the organisation.

The successful candidate will have SAP and MS knowledge and have good customer service experience within a supplier/manufacturer environment. A 2nd European language would also be an advantage but not essential.

The job holder must able to liaise effectively at all levels, have a good eye for detail and a thorough understanding of the product range/market as well as a good understanding of forecasting techniques.

The successful candidate will have good IT skills especially in Excel and able to analyse data. They will have done demand planning and preferably used SAP (although not essential but would be a strong advantage). They will be a strong character and have confidence in their abilities, they will be resourceful and self sufficient. 

This is a planning role, not an analyst position. Experience of dealing with companies in the far East would also be a strong advantage.
